Yes, my use of the word &quot;wine&quot; in this post is figurative rather than actual.  I was trying to get across the idea that I drowned myself in hedonism.

We do have a sort of &quot;wine&quot; in the Vampire World, but it is not derived from grapes.  There are some herbs that can be mixed with blood that create an intoxicating drink.  One of these mixtures is called &quot;wine&quot; by Vampires, another is called &quot;beer&quot;.

As you can probably guess we only have red wine, not white :)
